Our approach and techniques
We provide a holistic approach to customize each client’s needs at each session. We listen to clients carefully and get the clients fully involved, so the effectiveness of each treatment and the client’s satisfaction can be achieved. During the treatment, our client’s privacy is maintained with appropriate draping and positioning. All techniques and pressure will be suitable and adapted to the client’s preference.
We apply a broad range of techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue and relaxation techniques. dry-needling, Cupping therapy has also being well utilized in my clinical practice together with other techniques, which is greatly effective for myofascial release and therefore better results of muscle tension and pain relief.

On your arrival you will be met at the front door and shown to the private studio which has a very comfortable and relaxing setting. All linen, towels and draping are provided with your privacy always being fully respected.
Your first appointment will include a free consultation, completing your Client Information Sheet, discussing your history, setting goals both specific for the session as well as general goals, specialist assessments and tests, treatment planning, appropriate massage techniques with re-assessments and homecare programs after each appointment. Having over 10-years’ experience in project and operations management and obtaining an MBA degree study in the UK, I have gained a good understanding of business and clients, which provided a solid foundation for the start-up of my own massage business. I entered into the health care industry as a massage therapist in 2015 initially for my own health issues and then soon discovered great self-satisfaction when I helped other people to achieve their health goals, which motivated and convinced me this is something I really want to do as a new career for the rest of my life.
Since I started this career, I have worked with Phoenix Football, Sourthen Steel Netball Team, British Lions (2017), Wellington Central Pulse, Super Rugby Teams (e.g. Western Force, Southern Kings, Jaguars), Bulldogs and Wallabies as a subcontractor to JRM Australia Pty. Ltd., the Royal New Zealand Ballet. Currently I have been providing massage services for the athletes who are going to compete at World Master IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship in August 2018 USA.
I thoroughly enjoy being a massage therapist. The biggest reward is to help people improve their health and well-being so does the quality of their lives.
