Happy New Year! It is 2026 and time flies by. I am going to China from 4 Feb till 8 March to visit my family and for Chinese New Year too! My both clinics will be closed during this period of time. Online booking is now open from 10 March and onwards for 8 weeks. You are welcome to book an appointment online or email me some dates if you would like to do regular massages e.g. once a month.

The Ebb&Flow Natural Therapy Studio offers a range of professional massage therapy and Pilate Reformer training aiming at helping clients with body strengthening and rehabilitation from e.g. stress, post-surgery, minor injuries or muscular weakness, therefore to improve and enhance their Wellbeings. The main services include Kinsio-Remedial, Remedial, Relaxation, Pregnancy, Hotstone massage therapies, and Pilates Reformer training by applying the following techniques:

Our goals are to help clients with functional performance improvement and enhancement, injury prevention and/or rehabilitation, Pain Relief, Stress Relief and Post-Surgery Recovery.
We provide a holistic approach to customize each client’s needs at each treatment which includes initial consultation, treatment planning, reassessment and homecare recommendations. We listen to clients carefully and get them fully involved, so the effectiveness of each treatment and the satisfaction can be achieved.
